What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the forefront of our global growth engine—identifying strategic markets, leading expansion efforts, and building relationships that matter. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute a region-by-region international expansion strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new global sales opportunities to scale Usersdot’s client base.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and C-level decision makers.
  • Drive awareness of Usersdot within top-tier organizations.
  • Lead negotiations and close new and expansion contracts.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding by coordinating across legal, billing, and tech functions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on client goals and data patterns.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and experience improvements.

What It Takes
We’re looking for a proactive strategist with proven international impact:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in e-commerce, tech, or SaaS, particularly in business development or category roles.
  • Fluency in English; a third language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in global markets and multicultural environments.
  • Strong problem-solver with data fluency and strategic thinking.
  • Skilled communicator and confident negotiator.
  • Comfortable operating across seniority levels and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, feedback-friendly, and thrives in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Passionate about growing client relationships and delivering value.
