  • Work closely with the back office and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Create contents for Instagram and Tiktok.

  • Fluent in English and Turkish with stellar communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and ready to tackle challenges.
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
