From smart QR menus to integrated ordering and data-driven guest insights, we help hotels, restaurants, cafes, and food halls deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth. We’re now restructuring our go-to-market teams and looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale our global acquisition engine.

Role Overview

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new revenue through a structured and high-performance sales organization. You will lead teams across outbound SDRs, inside sales, and field/enterprise sales, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development, regional ownership, and conversion efficiency. You’ll be expected to bring hands-on experience with sales tech tools and proven execution of both strategy and team development.

Key Responsibilities

● Own and execute the global new business sales strategy across Turkey, GCC, and other key markets.

● Manage and scale the full sales team: SDRs, Inside Sales, Field/Enterprise Reps, and Regional Sales Managers.

● Oversee the entire outbound function, ensuring consistent and targeted pipeline generation using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

● Design and optimize sales playbooks across segments (SMB to Enterprise) and motions (inside, field, outbound).

● Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure full-funnel

alignment.

● Lead regional sales execution, directly supporting key strategic deals when needed.

● Monitor sales metrics and own forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment.

● Recruit, develop, and coach a performance-driven sales culture.

● Ensure HubSpot CRM and reporting structure are leveraged for visibility, automation, and insight at all levels.

What We’re Looking For

● 6+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or hospitality tech; 2+ years in a leadership role.

● Proven track record of building and scaling outbound-led sales organizations.

● Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot CRM and sales enablement/reporting workflows.

● Proficiency with Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales tools.

● Experience managing both inside sales teams (inbound and transactional) and

field/enterprise sales reps (strategic, high-touch).

● Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance dashboards to inform decisions.

● Excellent leadership and communication skills across geographies and functions.

● Fluent in English. Turkish and/or Arabic is a plus.
